Fresno County Charter SELPA
Our Mission: Ensure the delivery of special education programs and services to the students with disabilities attending our member Charter schools.
Become a Member
Joining the Fresno County Charter SELPA provides invaluable interaction with other members, high-quality professional development opportunities, and continued support and guidance in the areas of programmatic and fiscal compliance, monitoring, and reporting.
Parent Resources
Our Community Advisory Committee (CAC) helps parents stay connected, get updates on new legislation, and receive access to specific parent trainings. The CAC is also beneficial when parents have questions, are looking for support, or need additional resources.
Professional Development
Charter SELPA members benefit from trainings covering various special education topics. Areas of training include the understanding of the assessment process, eligibility for special education, legally defensible IEPs, conflict resolution, and alternative dispute resolution.
