The Fresno County Charter SELPA allocates the funds both to the Member LEAs for direct services, and to FCSS for SELPA services and administration:

Funding Allocation Sheets
The Fresno County Charter SELPA allocates funds in accordance with its Funding Allocation Plan that is approved by the SELPA's Member Charter Schools. The allocations are provided through the Funding Allocation Sheets.
